They taught us many things along the way and always supported our needs and concerns. Our experience buying our first home would not have been the same without them. After four brutal winters winters in Spokane, we decided to relocate to the west side of the state. Our timing couldn’t have been worse. The pandemic had just started to spread in Washington when we began our search. Diana and Bruce patiently showed us all over the Olympia area pointing out the pros and cons of different parts of the county. We put in offers on a couple of homes, but lost out to competing bids. We returned to Spokane very disappointed. Weeks later we found a property online but were unable to return due to the quarantine. Diana and Bruce toured the home and sent us thorough videos of of the home as well as the surrounding area. We took a huge gamble and bought the house without seeing it in person. The first time we saw the house was two days before our furniture arrived. We were greatly relieved to find the house just as their videos had shown and their thorough descriptions of the property and the surrounding neighborhoods. I can’t recommend Diana and Bruce highly enough!

As a first-time home buyer making a purchase on my own, I was nervous about the process. I was referred to the Holbrook’s by a friend because I was looking for a horse property in Thurston County. I wanted a home that was, for the most part, move-in ready, with flat and dry acreage for horses. With my budget, this request was challenging, and Bruce and Diana stuck with me for over 2 years as I waited for the right place to come along. As soon as the right property was listed, the process moved fast. Communication was excellent, and they made sure I knew what was happening and what the next steps would be. We had a very specific type of property we were searching for. I wanted the horse facilities
to be top-notch and safe while being large enough to fit my breeding operation. My husband’s goals were to have a nice house close to town. Needless to say, those criteria are pretty hard to fit, and Bruce and Diana spent a lot of time with us taking us from property to property very patiently. They didn’t seem to care about how much time it took to find us the right place, they were simply intent on finding us the right place which was the right approach for our needs. And when our new home hit the market, they knew right away that this was the place for us, and insisted that we see it as soon as possible. They worked really hard to make sure everything fell into place, did an amazing job marketing and selling our original house, and worked for a smooth transition from one place to the other for us. They are amazing and our new place is great. I highly recommend them.
